Ice Bubble

I do love summer. So many ideas. So many funs. And now, I still do this thing, making beverage.
Today, I'll tell you how to make ice bubble with tea flavor. Ice bubble is a topping for beverage like milkshake.

All of You Need

100gr tapioca

150ml water

1/4 teaspoon salt

100ml boiling water

50gr sugar

1L water

Tea

Food color (red)

Spoon

Jar

Bowl

Pan

Glass

Plate

Put tea into the glass. Pour the 100ml of boiling water into it.

Tea & Tapioca

Pour the boiling tea into the bowl of tapioca. Mix it well until like a dough.

Ball It!

Ball it. Make it into the ball shape.

Spread the tapioca on it.

Boiling Time!

Boil the balls of tapioca with 1L water in about 15-20 minutes. Turn off the stove.
Have a rest.

The Bubble Jar

Put the bubbles (balls) into the jar.
Pour the 150ml of sweet red water (made of water, sugar, and food color-red) into the jar too.

Voila!

Voila! Your ice bubble is ready to eat.

NB: Jar helps you to place the ice bubble easily in the refrigerator, also makes your ice bubble durable in days.
