How to Build Lego Pizza - Stop Motion Cooking Prop

Today we will be creating an Italian favorite dish of Pizza. Using a combination of bricks and plates, we will be adding pepperonis, olives, and pepper to create this classic dish that can be found around the world at pizza parlors.

Starting the Pizza Crust

Start the pizza crust by building a row of 1 x 6 tan bricks.
Pizza Crust Layer One

Create a staircase of (5) 1 x 2 tan bricks and add a 1 x 4 brick to the end.

Do the same on the other side (Repeat step 2)

Repeat step 2 for the 3rd side
First Layer of the Pizza Crust

Connect the entire first layer of the crust with a staircase of (5) 1 x 2 tan bricks.

The first layer of the pizza crust should look something like this upon completion.

Creat a row of 1 x 8 tan bricks then add a staircase of (5) 1 x 2 tan bricks.

Repeat step 7 for the next side.

2nd Layer of the Pizza Crust

Repeat step 7 for the completion of the 2nd layer of the pizza crust
Pizza Crust Complete

With the completion of the 2nd layer of the pizza crust place it on top of the first layer of the pizza crust.
Crust Texture

Add some texture to the pizza crust with 1 x 1 bricks.
Pizza Crust Bottom

Use tan plates to finish out the bottom of the pizza crust.

With the pizza crust finished, we should now have something that looks like this.
Tomato Sauce

Add a layer of red plates on top of the pizza crust bottom.
Add the Cheese

Add a layer of yellow plates for the cheese on top of the tomato sauce layer. Leave a number of 1 x 1 spaces open so that that the tomato sauce will be showing.
Add the Pepperoni

Add 4 x 4 round red plates for the Pepperoni meat for the pizza.
Add the Olives

Add 2 x 2 round black plates for olives.
Add the Cheese Texturing

Add a number of 1 x 2 white plates for texturing for the cheese to make it look like mozzarella cheese
Add the Pepper

Add 1 x 2 green plates to the pizza for pepper.
And the pizza is complete! Bon Appetit!
