Galvanic Skin Response(GSR)

The Galvanic Skin Response Sensor (GSR - Sweating) allows you to measure the electrical conductance of the skin. Strong emotion will stimulate your sympathetic nervous system, which causes sweat glands produce more sweat. GSR can detect this strong emotion by simply connecting two electrodes(two fingers in one hand).

Prepare the Things You Need

1. GSP sensor

2.Finger Glove(incudes electrodes)

3.Grove Wires

4.Development Board(take Arduino as sample)

First, please connect dupont line(male to female) to the lines(female to female),then inserting the lines to GSP sensor.When connecting to Arduino, please check the following steps

SIG-->A2;
VCC-->3.3V;

GND-->GND;

After the device is connected, please open Arduino GSR codewe provided.

Please make sure your serial port COM is same as your device manager

After successful download, there will be a successful upload prompt in the lower left corner

Click the serial port monitor in the upper right corner to see the skin electrical data
